What’s Happening at Harbor Day School?
Approximately 25% of our budget is generated by four annual fundraising events, which are made possible by our community.Â
Community support has allowed Harbor Day School the opportunity of serving over 260 children with special needs throughout the last 20 years.
The cost of our services would be overwhelming for most families, as it would be $20,000 per student annually. Through community support, grants, fundraisers, and donations, Harbor Day School provides educational and therapeutic services for up to 40 children yearly, tuition free.
We invite you to consider partnering with us by becoming a sponsor for our upcoming events.
Community Luncheons
Community Luncheons are a chance to learn more about Harbor Day School, hear our story, and experience our mission firsthand. Guests will enjoy a complimentary lunch, hear from our team, and take a guided tour of our school.
Whether you are a community member, potential volunteer, church partner, or simply interested in learning more, we would love to welcome you.
Join us on Thursday, October 15, 2026; Thursday, January 21, 2027; Thursday, April 15, 2027; or Thursday, June 17, 2027.
Doors open at 11:45 AM, with a complimentary lunch beginning at 12:00 PM. The event will conclude at 1:00 PM.

Milestones in Motion

Broadmoor Baptist Church
Milestones in Motion is an annual 5K and fun run that brings our community together to celebrate progress, perseverance, and the incredible milestones our students reach every day. Formerly known as Laps for Little Ones, this event continues a meaningful tradition of movement with purpose, where every step helps support Harbor Day School’s mission.
On Saturday, October 24th, participants will gather at Broadmoor for a morning of energy and encouragement, choosing between a timed 5K or a family-friendly fun run. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, this event creates space for connection, celebration, and impact.

NIGHT AT THE HARBOR GALA

Join us on February 25, 2027, at the Clyde Muse Center in Pearl for Night at the Harbor, Harbor Day School’s signature gala benefiting children with special needs.
This special evening will bring together friends, supporters, and community leaders for dinner, inspiration, and celebration as we reflect on the impact of Harbor Day School and invest in the future of tuition-free, Christ-centered early intervention.
We hope you’ll join us for a night of hope, purpose, and impact. Tickets will become available pending availability on January 11.Â
TEES FORE TOTS

Lake Caroline Golf Course | Madison, MS
Tees Fore Tots is an annual golf tournament, where proceeds help fund our unique approach to education and therapy. Attendees choose a day to spend on one of the top courses in Mississippi, playing 18 holes, and fostering a fun and competitive spirit.
On Thursday, May 6th, the tournament will consist of staggered tee times starting every ten minutes beginning early in the morning.
In addition to 18 holes of golf with a cart and range balls, each player receives snacks and lunch, a tournament gift, a team photo, and the chance to compete for awesome prizes. More information to come!
